Swedish / Relaxation

Pioneered by Swedish physiologist, Per Henrik Ling, Swedish massage promotes relaxation and well being by easing muscle tension and increasing flexibility. It improves circulation while increasing the level of oxygen in the tissues, thereby removing toxins from the muscles.

Deep Tissue

Deep Tissue massage uses techniques similar to Swedish massage, but with a firmer pressure that addresses the deeper muscles beneath the surface layer of muscles. This massage focuses on release of chronic muscle tension, which may result in muscular aches for a day or two afterwards.

Hot/Cold Stone Massage

Smooth, rounded stones are heated in water and placed on the body. They are also incorporated into a massage as an extension of the therapistís hands. The heat deeply penetrates into the muscles and relieves tension. Cold Stone massage can be helpful for injuries, swelling, and inflammation.

This massage is intended to have a therapeutic purpose of alleviating pain. This is generally a deeper massage that focuses on a particular injury or chronic muscle tension in order to relieve discomfort, improve range of motion or reduce weakness.

Chair Massage

Chair massage is generally an onsite massage given in increments of 10 minutes. The client remains fully clothed while the head, back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and thighs are massaged. We will come to your workplace or center for your convenience. This is low-cost massage that is great for groups. The pricing is $10 for 10 minutes.
